Innovation, Collaboration and Change
VIATIC is a dynamic innovation and change agency, based in York (UK). We are a small core team with expertise in leading change and fostering collaboration, with a focus on social and civic innovation, public particpation and the development and implementation of new policies, projects and research. We use open innovation and collaborative, creative methods, particularly focussed on cities, social innovation, education and science.
We have a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of innovation-led, collaborative events and programmes along with expertise in applying innovation in practice in a wide range of settings. We connect people and facilitate meaningful collaboration and co-production. Working in partnership is core to our work, derived from 15 years of working across both public and private sectors.
Combined with extensive experience in digital transformation, change management, outreach and enagegement methods and organisational culture transformation, at VIATIC we use our experience to focus on the journey, your journey - working with you to understand your vision, help you work out the route and then help you create change that is worthwhile and sustainable.
